Leadership camp consists of two weeks – the first week is spent in intentional study of God’s Word through chapel sessions, personal Bible study assignments, scripture memorization, as well as time of fun outside and training in camping/wilderness skills. The second week is spent on a 5 day canoe trip in Algonquin Park. This week is full of fellowship and fun!
At Leadership camp, it is our intent to give you tools to assist you in your Christian life, service, local church, and witness to others.
This will be attained by:
- Sharing your faith with others
- Challenging yourself and others in walking with the Lord (Proverbs 27:17)
- Studying the Bible through guided, practical hands-on approaches.
- Creating intimate times with the Lord
- Training for survival (wilderness)
- Feeling comfortable praying and studying with others
- Coming together for audible reflection
- Creating lasting relationships
The most important relationship you can have is the one with the Lord Jesus Christ. How is your walk with the Lord? Do you want to continue to develop your love for the Lord and His word? Galilee Bible Camp believes everyone deserves to come to camp. If you require financial assistance in paying for your camp fees, we invite you to email [email protected] to ask about assistance with paying for camp.
Important Registration Details
Campers will need to submit their testimony and one reference. The reference must be from a spiritual leader who knows them well (minimum 2-3 years). Both of these must be completed using the documents below and must be received by the Leadership director, c/o Galilee Bible Camp, by April 1st. Late applications will not be guaranteed a place on the canoe trip.
If you are serving on staff, please note, this is not the same Spiritual Leader Reference as the staff one. Please see the staff webpage for that particular spiritual reference.
